A LOT! The main reason, though, is that juice that is bottled has already combined with oxygen (a process known as oxidation), and all of the nutrients have been destroyed because of this! Juice made with a juicer, but it must be a high quality powerful juicer such as a masticating or triturating juicer, has a shelf life of sometimes more than day, and has hundreds of times more nutrients, enzymes, and phytochemicals than anything you’ll find that the supermarket. That being said, beware of centrifugal juicers. These are the most common and inexpensive ones and cause oxidation very quickly, easily within seconds of juicing. If you’re thinking of juicing their own juice, give some thought to the masticating juicer. It’s a good start and a balance of price and return. I’ve been using one for the past 15 years. PS bottled juices also have artificial additives, that the juices made from concentrate, and the juice often has about as much bad sugar as a can of Coke!

Bottled juice has been pasteurized, unlike fresh juice, which is brimming with taste.

Usually the main difference is that MOST bottled juices have additives, including often a HUGE amount of added sugar. Fresh juice, such as orange, is usually slightly different in consistency, depending on what you’re used to drinking (obviously orange comes in different forms with various degrees of pulp).

I think it tastes fresher. I think it is something you have to taste for yourself to notice the difference. It is also unprocessed and doesn’t contain any additives that are in a lot of commercial "juices." You can also control the taste by mixing different fruits until you find your perfect, healthy juice combo.

The one thing that could be different is the amount of Vitamin C, which is destroyed by heat processing. The other nutrients are unaffected by pasteurization.

A World of difference. And you have answered it yourself.
Now, I am a jucer person .Been jUCING FOR OVER 20 YEARS.
yOU CAN BUY A JUCER FOR ABOUT $40.00 IT WILL LAST FOR EVER .dO NOT GO FOR THE tv HYPE.
tHE ONLY DRAW BACK WITH all juicers. IS THE CLEANNING.
yOU MUST CLEAN AFTER EVERY USE RIGHT THE WAY .
I Also run the pulp trough twice (3times total). The machine will not extract all the juice from the fruit.
So it it is time consuming.I juice every morning and I spend exactly45 min.I do not eat breakfast and I do not go to gim.I am 71 and I look 60. I shovelled for tree hours this past blizzard and I fee very strong.
It is a good thing but it requires discipline. To make the juice and clean the machine.
    Good Luck
