I hardly eat anything at all everyday, and when i do, it’s junk food. I’m trying to get more fit and I don’t like many foods, but I’d like some suggestions as to what specifically i should eating for breakfast lunch and dinner everyday? and maybe some healthy snacks?
I hardly eat anything every day, and the food i do eat is junk food. What foods specifically should i eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner everyday? I need stuff that helps build muscle and promotes general fitness.

    The USA FDA(Dept.Agric.) has a Food Pyramid..that shows the food groups..

    Depends on your lifestyle..
    Working very hard..labor requires a good breakfast..
    When I was working for a carnival–in the hot sun..I would drink Butter Milk..
    I was assembling the carnival rides–so I also ate alot of meat..and pizza’s..
    I also used a product made by Joe Weider..to give me extra stamina..
    ===
    Now I’m retired..I sit around alot–
    I skip breakfast alot..
    ..I also only eat once per day..most times..
    ===
    I stay away from alot of meat..but I tend to gobble down on the Hot Dogs..
    ..I started eating chicken once per month–rather than the once per week..
    My dropping the meat..has me dropping 20-LBS. quite easily..

    I use fiber..but I fortify..
    I’ll use garlic..or lentils..or corn meal..
    ..shallots..diced carrots..or a egg/

    I have a recipe set for tommorrow..
    A calzone..minus the riccotta..
    But it has mozzarella..thin slabs of beef/that will get marinaded/
    Shallots–and fresh tomato..
    ..all wrapped in a pizza dough and baked..I’l make a tomato sauce..spiced w/Basil..Garlic..Veg. oil..maybe some Chipolte Peppers..
    Over the past 2-days..I’ve been useing weights–so I was making fish sandwiches..
    Frozen Fish(thawed)..soaked in salt water for a whole day..
    Then washed and fried..placed on my home-made bread..plus some new vitmains I just bought.
