How to teach nutrition & healthy eating to kindergarten children?

I’m doing my practicum in an elementary school and have to teach kindergarten kids about eating healthy foods. I was thinking of teaching them about ‘Sometimes Foods" & "Everday Foods"… I dont know what else we could do with them… any suggestions? please & thankyou!
