How do you make sorbet from fruit juice?

I really want to make sorbet for dessert tonight. I want to make Passion Fruit sorbet but I can’t buy actual Passion Fruits the only thing that is available is Passion Fruit Juice. I’m not quite sure how to make sorbet from juice so can anyone tell me how?
