I make all my own fruit and veggie juices with a juicer.  The shelf life is really short; the juices need to be consumed within a few hours, and don&#8217;t last until the next day.   I&#8217;ve cooked with the juices before in soups that I&#8217;ve eaten the same day they were cooked.

I&#8217;ve cooked with the juices before in soups that I&#8217;ve eaten the same day they were cooked.<br />
I wonder if the juices would hold up in baked goods?  If so, would I still have to eat them on the same day they were made, or would their shelf life be increased by cooking?  Can I use them &quot;as is&quot; or should I add anything to them to make them last longer?</p>
