Can I bake with fresh juice from the juicer?

I make all my own fruit and veggie juices with a juicer. The shelf life is really short; the juices need to be consumed within a few hours, and don’t last until the next day. I’ve cooked with the juices before in soups that I’ve eaten the same day they were cooked.
