Juicer, how do I take it apart so I can put it in the dishwasher?

jack lalanne’s power juicer,
I have no directions, came without them.
when I just put a carrot in it made a nice bit of juice but also
spit the pulp all over my kitchen wall out of the back side,
I’m guessing that there is a part missing, so I’ll just put a plastic bag back there to catch [...]
