Of course fruits and vegetables. I enjoy carrots, the baby peeled carrots. When my fiance and I first changed our eating habits, we were munching on 2 lbs a week of those. They are crunchy and delicious.
Also, pickles are good, BUT have lots of sodium so you have to beware. I also like the Progresso Light soups. They only have 120 calories for an entire can and they are filling. I like to eat those when i am starving before supper time. Again, beware the sodium.
Yogurt is a good snack. The best thing is find what is FILLING and satisfying for you. Some of those 100 calorie packs just leave you wanting more so try to pick things with lots of fiber. They tend to make you feel fuller longer.

I LOVE FIBERONE CEREAL. My sister and I debate about this often. She can’t barely get past the look and texture (I love this cereal), but I throw a packet of sweet n low (or splenda or nutrasweet) in with 1/2 cup of fiber one and 1/4 cup of skim milk and you have 90 calorie snack that has over 1/2 of your daily fiber needs and keeps you full for a while. And for breakfast I eat 1 cup of fiberone with 1/2 cup of skim milk for 180 calories. WHICH IS NOT A LOT in the scheme of things.

The whole point is to find lots of low calorie stuff you can munch on all day so you don’t feel the need to go grab that bag of skittles (my mortal enemy) or bag of chips. FYI stay away from chips. No nutritional value and keep you longing for more later.
I hope this helps. This is merely my personal opinion, but if you ever need more suggestions just ask.

    HEALTHY NACHOS

1 (4 ounce) bag Boca Ground Meatless
    1/2 cup salsa
Baked or Fat Free Tortillia Chips
    Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    Shredded Lettuce

    (A) Heat Meatless and Salsa in non-stick pan until warm.
    (B) Pour mixture over chips, top with cheese and lettuce.

This snack has over 30 g of protein and plenty of dietary fiber.
