Do natural supplements absorb better with fruit juice or water or does it matter?

Someone said fruit juice would because of the sugar. Is that true?
My mistake, I meant herbal supplements like ginseng for example.

    What do you mean by natural supplements?

    A multivitamin is best with a meal with some fat, many vitamins cannot be absorbed at all without fat. (olive oil for example)

    I don’t see a problem taking supplements with either of them but if I had to choose which was best I’d have to say water. Water is always the best source for dehydration amongst other things.
