Can you use the leftovers from the juicer as mulch for a garden?

I don’t think that I would consider this as mulch, but you sure could put it in you compost pile/bin. If you don’t have one, sure you can just throw it in your flower or vegetable garden. You can use anything that doesn’t contain protein, such as what you have, eggshells, coffee grounds, etc….anything really except protein items.

If you think it will look fine, why not – though a lot of bugs will be attracted. As far as I know, it is not recommended to use citric fruits for compost – I guess this rule will apply to mulch.

Use them to make compost. Vegetable and fruit scraps need to decompose before they are of any benefit to the soil, can attract pests, use up nitrogen from the soil during the process and don’t really have any mulching properties.
